2025 White Pinot Noir —​

Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in our estate vineyard, our 2025 White Pinot Noir is a unique expression of this classic varietal. Our goal was to create a wine that is richer, softer, and more complex than a traditional white wine, and we believe this vintage beautifully achieves that vision.

Delicate floral aromas greet the nose, while the palate offers bright flavors of fresh strawberry and honeydew melon, creating a smooth, elegant, and well-balanced finish. This refreshing yet layered wine is perfect for warm summer days and pairs wonderfully with seafood, grilled chicken, fresh salads, creamy cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own.

2023 Syrah

Our 2023 Syrah showcases the bold character and elegance that make this varietal a favorite among red wine enthusiasts. Sourced from Cougar Hills Vineyard at the southern end of the renowned Walla Walla Valley AVA, where the appellation extends across the Oregon border, this Syrah reflects the unique climate and growing conditions of the region.

Medium to full-bodied with a firm tannin structure, this vintage opens with rich aromas and flavors of black raspberry and dark fruits, leading to a smooth, lingering finish accented by a subtle touch of spice. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with depth, complexity, and exceptional food-pairing versatility.
