Basic Fees and Schedules
This document is not intended to be a contract, but rather a basic outline of costs and services provided by the winery to assist the customer in making a preliminary decision about whether our venue meets the customers need and requirements. Fees are subject to change until an agreement is signed. Likewise, dates cannot be reserved until an agreement is signed.
The winery will book only one wedding per day. The winery can handle weddings of up to 150 guests. The wedding party may begin setting up decorations any time after 10:00 AM on the day of the wedding. Wedding activities must conclude by 11:00 PM.
Facility Rental Fee is $3,000.
Wine, beer, and soft drinks must be purchased through LaVelle Vineyards. Estimated costs and minimum purchase requirement will depend on the number of guests.
Labor for set-up and clean-up is $18.00 per hour; customer should anticipate about 4 hrs or $72.00.
One server for every 50 guests at $18.00 per hour with a $50 gratuity for each server. For example, for a wedding party of 150 people for six hours would require 3 servers. Labor costs would be $324.00 plus $150 in gratuity for a total cost of $474.00.
There will be a $250 flat fee for having our manager on site all day to work with your wedding planner, florist, photographer, caterer, etc.
Winery requires that the wedding party secure a liability insurance policy for the day. Cost is dependent on the number of guests, but ranges from $150 to $300.
Caterer is customer’s option and customer’s expense. Food may be prepared and served by the customer’s family and/or friends.
Florist, photographer, and wedding planner are customer’s option and customer’s expense.
